QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of business processes and systems in Manufacturing and/or Logistics
- 3-5 years in a BSA role
- Hands-on experience changing system parameters (no knowledge of development tools required)
- Experience in ERP implementation/support
- Degree or diploma in a discipline related to Information Systems, Business Systems Analyst, Business Management, or Supply Chain.
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:
- Develop high-level implementation plans.
- ERP Infor LN experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Trojan Information Systems team, you will be a part of an innovative, diverse collaborative and dynamic team. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst that will be responsible for effective application of technology to business challenges and improvement opportunities. Business Systems Analyst will work closely with our business partners and technical teams to deliver high quality systematic solutions.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Gather, define and document business requirements.
- Define risks and limitations of solutions.
- Recommend and document solutions including impact analysis.
- Work with application developers to build custom solutions.
- Change ERP settings and validate solutions.
