JOB SUMMARY
Health & Well-Being Services has an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as a Business Systems Analyst. As a member of the Health & Well-Being Services IT team, you will support customers at all levels for their software, networking, storage, security, reporting, and training needs. You will identify problems and make recommendations for resolution. You will report to the Senior Project Manager for Health & Well-Being Services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business computing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, software vendor management, software solution identification or moving from legacy to cloud-based systems
- 2+ years of experience at the intermediate level working with technical infrastructure such as cloud-based or on premise database systems (registration software, wellness tracking, case management), MS SQL server or HTTP server management
- Applied experience using enterprise level system management tools (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and IT service management software)
- Experience with reporting and data analytics tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of information assurance, networking and security policies best practices
- Applied experience in preparation and delivery of customer training, education and communication

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Collaborate with team members and customers and contribute to the effort to develop, implement, and continuously improve services to meet customer needs.
- Perform project management, including resource and time estimates.
- Contribute to hardware, software, and services enhancements by identifying when established processes are not working or there are gaps in processes and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Support data analytics needs including database queries and the creation of reports and reporting dashboards.
- Provide information assurance, networking, and security policy practices for Health & Well-Being Services. Advise users on the handling of sensitive data and recommended software to use with data; ensure users are aware of IT security procedures.
- Partner with IT to implement data security reviews, risk assessments and compliance with our standards
- Work with collaborative partners to identify root-case issues, provide software support and restore service (such as backup, restore, failover, log interpretation and performance monitoring)
- Follow procedures and guidelines to install, configure and maintain systems, software, network and port configuration, host-based firewalls, and peripherals.
- Monitor systems for availability, error conditions, space allocation, backup integrity, and performance.
- Maintain requirements documentation. Document technical requirements within Health & Well-Being.
- Maintain and update knowledge of IT procedures, hardware, software, and technical services.
- Promote cooperation and customer relationships and ensure incidents and requests receive proper follow up.
