Business Systems Analyst - WC3

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with internal users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Devleop and manage reports and dashboards (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Staff, and Outlet performance), integrating new features based on business requirements
• Enhance systems by analyzing processes and designing modifications, such as automating tasks with scripts from MS SQL to support the SAP system
• Design error-checking scripts for source document accuracy before upload to the analysis platform
• Provide user training and support to ensure efficient use of dashboards and IT solutions
• Offer daily SAP helpdesk support, troubleshoot first-level issues, and escalate to vendors if needed
• Support the in-house CRM, analysis platform, tablets, and network maintenance
• Work with vendors on project implementation, application testing, patching, and upgrades
• Maintain server, office equipment, and email setup
• Provide day-to-day support for software, hardware, and network issuesUpdate and maintain system protocols and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in implementing or managing MS SQL, central data warehouses, and analysis platforms
• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
• Proven experience as a key user or involvement in business systems implementation, upgrades, or management
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to analyze business performance data
• Experience with SAP and programming skills in PowerBI/Power Query
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, network administration, hardware, and softwareAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
