JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Systems Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising business systems and processes to support our organisational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both business operations and technical architecture, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. As a Business Systems Architect, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with the company’s objectives.

BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather detailed business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system architecture.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems architecture, IT consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level business systems.
  • Hands-on experience with system integration, data modelling, and cloud-based solutions.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding of business processes, system analysis, and solution design.
  • Proficiency with system architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or others.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, and cloud technologies.
