Salary: up to £65,000 per annum
We’re looking for a motivated Business Systems Manager with in depth experience of business operations, Agile (Scrum) software delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO) and application integration. In this role you’ll take the lead in driving the delivery of internally and externally developed software solutions while managing a small team of skilled Developers, working closely with business leaders to prioritize and schedule development tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
You’ll take ownership of team performance, including resource planning and leading by example. Fostering a positive and collaborative environment that all can succeed in. If successful in our process you’ll also play a crucial role in managing stakeholder relationships and driving effective communication across teams.
