What you’ll do:
As a Business Technology Analyst, Specialist at Vanguard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to analyse business and user needs, translating these into functional documentation that can guide system development. You will also lead the design and testing of new or enhanced applications, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will direct business process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Your role will also involve performing user support processes for the implementation of new or existing applications.

  • Develop moderately complex information systems and advise on the business implications of technology application
  • Translate clients’ requirements into functional documentation
  • Lead the design and testing of new or enhanced applications
  • Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups

  • Participate in special projects as assigned
