Job Title: Business Transformation Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £70,000 + car allowance, depending on skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Experience of embedding and sustaining Business Change Management process within a complex project or programme
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent stakeholder management experience, with the ability to guide and influence decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office package

Desirable:

• Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ or Prince2) or MBA
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Project Lifecycle Management experience

• Leading on Programme Infrastructure Projects to enable digital and collaborative ways of working
• Setting the vision and establishing methods for Business Improvement projects to become embedded
• Acting as the Lead for SSNA Programme Delivery Culture improvements and supporting to transform the business.
• Undertaking the completion of various Business Change artefacts to arrive at the correct Outputs, Outcomes and Benefits
• Leading the Communications and Capability teams to develop communication and training plans for each business improvement project
• Establishing and managing the Change Network for SSNA Programme related adoption activities
