Talon.One presents a new technological approach to managing customer incentives at scale. But new technology (1) means new ways of working, (2) unlocks new ways of building customer incentives, and (3) requires significant integration & implementation effort. We need another industry expert that helps prospects see why these benefits are worth this cost.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 4-8 years in a consulting role
  • Experience in one or more key domains: retail marketing, eCommerce, promotions, & loyalty
  • Mastery of Google Sheets & Slides or Excel & Powerpoint
  • Proven track record in building compelling stories based on data

Responsibilities:

The Business Value Consultant supports the EMEA go-to-market organization (Sales + Customer Success) in building value- and best-practice-centric narrative with prospective and existing customers. This role fulfills two key duties: First, they are a member of ‘pursuit teams’ on our largest deals, leading best practice sessions and building business cases that demonstrate & quantify the impact Talon.One’s product will have for the prospect. Second, they support Customer Success in quantifying & expanding the value Talon.One has realized with existing customers. This role reports to the Director of Industry Strategy in our Business Value Services function.
