JOB SUMMARY

Butcher Assistant/ Packer
We are a custom wholesale butcher supplying meat products to many of your favorite restaurants, caterers, and convention centers within the GTA and southern Ontario. Our small but efficient team is committed to provide our customers excellent service and product.
As a Butcher assistant/packer you will be responsible for assisting butchers in our wholesale department. Packaging cuts, weighing and boxing products for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Work in a refrigerated environment (under 10 C)
  • Knowledge of meat cuts an asset
  • Butchery experience and asset
  • Heavy lifting required on occasion
  • Must have good interpersonal Skills
  • Able to work in a high paced environment.

    Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
