JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Produce, Herbs and Fruit (PHF) Supply Planner/Buyer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring ingredient availability at most optimum supply chain setup i.e. in a timely and efficient manner, while also minimising costs and mitigating risk.
The PHF Planner / Buyer role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach in building and maintaining supplier relationships. We’re looking for someone confident in picking up the phone to resolve issues directly and ensure smooth, effective communication with our partners.This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our Suppliers, to our Procurement, Production, Menu Planning, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
