  • Must be able to navigate uncertainty and market dynamics and pivot, persist, and overcome supply chain challenges.
  • Must have experience in planning and forecasting.
  • Must be able to partner with and collaborate with finance and sales teams.
  • Must be able to motivate, tarin, and coach team members.
  • Must be dependable and have willingness to offer a flexible work schedule, specifically to handle oversea supplier calls and communications.
  • Have manual dexterity, good physical condition and strength, and have good balance to safely perform all essential duties and responsibilities.
  • Have a willingness to arrive early, and/or stay late according to business needs.
  • Must be dependable with an excellent attendance record.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are needed.
  • Have strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Recent experience and skills are needed with ERP systems (such as Epicor, NetSuite, or similar), or must have the ability to learn within a reasonable period of time after position acceptance.
  • Strong proficiencies with MS Office applications are necessary (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Leadership/Supervisory skills and experience is needed.
  • Have the ability to consistently and effectively present information and respond in a timely manner to high email/message volume, to questions or inquiries from other employees, managers, vendors, and the public if needed.
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines and prioritize workload for self and teams.
  • Must have solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a valid US Driver’s license in good standing and must maintain throughout employment.
  • Must speak, read, and write English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate and partner cross functionally.
  • Manage supplier relations and timelines.
  • Plan and forecast with internal teams such as sales and finance pertaining to demand cycles and supply needs.
  • Plan and purchase inventory for product for distribution facilities.
  • Process necessary international documents for shipments.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and follow up with vendors for corrections or updates as needed.
  • Create purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders.
  • Review outstanding orders lists and provide ETA of product to applicable department(s).
  • Assist with inventory pricing, discrepancies, and problem solving.
  • Maintain overstock and discontinued items lists.
  • Plan, schedule, and process annual inventory.
  • Process inventory adjustments, receipts, and address issues as necessary.
  • Utilize ERP system to gather data and analytics to create reports.
  • Oversee department staff which includes, but may not be limited to, training, assigning work, appraising and evaluating performance, addressing question or issues, and resolving challenges.
  • Follow company safety policies and participate in Safety Training as required.
  • Business travel as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
