YOUR SKILLS & STRENGTHS:

• Understands Supply chain mindset with operational focus.
• Fluent in English (Spanish preferred but not required)
• 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, processes/systems or purchasing.
• Position: Ciudad Juarez, Mexico (Remote locations may be considered)
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem solving, continuous improvement, solutions focused.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/SAP S4 Hana and Ariba.

• Support the operational business through creation on time of purchase order, based on daily requirements.
• Ensure supply protection and continuity of demand and supply within and outside of the operational teams.
• Be a change-agent to pursue economies-of-scale in the most efficient manner.
• Support Buyers during category strategy development.
• Resolve procure-to-pay issues ranging in price discrepancies, quantity imbalances, good receipt requirements of Requesters, invoices without order, and other issues received via invoice management system.
• Update supplier information, material information, banking updates, supplier status updates, etc, worked through pay-on time team.
• Other duties may be assigned.
