ABOUT THE ROLE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Responsible for buying services across our main office locations for one of our main Categories (Professional Services, FM, RnD).
• Oversee the supplier base within your Category and lead negotiations across locations, using appropriate e-sourcing tools and techniques (RFQ, SAP Ariba).
• Execute procurement tasks according to the global strategy while ensuring high quality projects and services.
• Close cooperation and alignment with operational, global procurement and Stakeholders ensuring consistent and efficient tasks implementation.
• Support Business Partnering to drive continuous improvement through cost saving projects, organizing trials, implementing supplier changes and tracking savings.
• Ensure compliance with Essity procedures, purchasing policy and financial instructions.
