Responsibilities:

Develop a balanced range and assortment of products tailored to customer needs and market trends.

Collaborate with design, merchandising, and planning teams to create collections that meet margin and sales targets.

  • Build a buying strategy that considers lifecycle planning, seasonality, and pricing structures.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at the best price and lead time.
  • Monitor product performance, reacting quickly to trends and sales data to maximize results.
  • Work closely with visual merchandising and marketing to ensure the product aligns with campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
