We are currently recruiting for a Group Billing Co-ordinator to join the team with Edwardian Hotels London.

Overview:

  • As a Group Billing Co-ordinator you will support the finance, sales and operation teams with information on accounting, contracting, pro - forma invoice preparation, payments and any other information required.
  • You will assist in developing relevant budgets and forecasts for the finance team.
  • You will review and analyse financial objectives in conjunction with the Hotel Financial Controller checking all the control accounts.
  • You will also support with the annual audit process inclusive of external auditors in terms of preparing balance sheet.

About You:

  • Working knowledge of Opera.
  • Previous experience in billings within a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.
  • A team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Client focused approach to work.
  • IT literate.
