POSITION OVERVIEW
Join one of our established, outstanding, and friendly product squads as a Full Stack developer focused on supporting our marketing team. You will work with a skilled team of developers, testers, designers, and data and marketing experts. Together, we’ll develop our recently launched brand, taking it to millions of people wanting to tell their stories. Our website, providing an engaging user experience, seamlessly integrated with analytics on user behaviour, and achieving excellent SEO results, is a vital part of bringing our toolkit to all writers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Strong experience in C#, .NET Core and Framework, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
Proficient in asynchronous programming, including Promises, async/await, and thread management.
Expertise in using browser developer tools for profiling, performance analysis, and debugging (e.g., Chrome DevTools).
Proficient in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Knowledge of modern web standards and best practices for frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in using Git.
Strong experience with SQL Server, including data analysis, and writing and optimizing complex queries.
Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and user behaviour tracking.
Working in a collaborative team with strong communication and high proficiency in written and spoken English.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with headless CMSs (e.g., Storyblok).
Experience conducting performance audits using tools like Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or custom scripts.
Familiarity with performance metrics such as Time to Interactive (TTI), First Contentful Paint (FCP), and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).
Experience with continuous integration and deployment practices.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools (e.g., NUnit, Jest, Karma, PlayWright).
Experience with real user monitoring tools to track and analyze performance metrics in production environments.
Experience using Microsoft Azure.
Experience of A/B testing.
Ability to interpret and act on analytics data to improve user experience.

Collaborate with other team members to implement visual designs using a structured design system.
Work on responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on our marketing website.
Maintain and improve integrations with MarTech platforms.
Maintain high code quality, performance, and maintainability through peer reviews, pairing, testing, and maintaining our design system.
