We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detail specs and requirements including prototypes for client review and approval.
  • Work closely with our UX/ UI designer to create prototypes
  • Perform design review meetings to validate requirements
  • Create documentation on process and gap analysis, design of new functionality; and product testing.
  • Work with the team to manage daily SCRUM meetings
  • Develop Test / Acceptance Criteria for Sprints
  • Define user stories and milestones for delivering project planning
  • Complete integrated system testing when new features are implemented to validate acceptance criteria
  • Manage communications between stakeholders including business development, operation team and clients
  • Contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in IT product management and/or business analysis
  • 4+ years of experience working with API and SFTP integrations
  • 4+ years of experience working in an Agile/ Scrum environment
  • Experience with application configuration within a project environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML and CSS
  • Ability strong analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise and effective communication ability.
  • Strong customer service work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Occasional (international) travel is a requirement for this position
