Description:

We are looking for a well-motivated nurse to be an integral part of the Upper GI Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse who will work within the Upper GI service across Nottingham University Hospitals.
We are committed to the development of all our team members both educationally and clinically, however relevant specialist knowledge and skills is essential.
The role of the Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Upper GI Team is to work alongside the Band 7 team members in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care for those who present with UGI cancer investigation and diagnosis and related conditions.
The successful applicant must be willing to be flexible to meet the needs of this team and must demonstrate knowledge, expertise and passion in working within the speciality of Upper GI surgery and or Oncology
The nurse specialist will work in collaboration with specialist and other professional teams.
