CA Remote Attorney - Personal Injury!

An exciting, growing defense firm is seeking an associate attorney for its expanding team, focus on premises and products liability. The firm has locations across Southern California and across the country. The firm offers a very friendly environment, and are extremely remote flexible, as long as candidates are local to Southern California.

This person will work on insurance defense litigation matters.
Discovery, including depositions.
Law and motion.
Court appearances.
Pleadings.
Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
Billable Hour Req: 1850
1+ years of litigation experience and capability to work autonomously.
Major plus if experience is within premises or products liability.
Licensed by the CA Bar.
Commutable to Ladera Ranch, Torrance, or Carlsbad, the role will be mostly fully remote, with the exception of possible on-site collaboration here and there.
