THE ROLE

It’s being the friendly face that keeps everyone safe, secure, and informed while they’re with us. It’s knowing no one day will ever be the same as the next. It’s sharing the ‘orange spirit’, being positive, inclusive and ready to take on a challenge.
Cabin Crew have one of the most important jobs in easyJet, delivering the exceptional passenger experiences that keep our customers coming back.
But this is so much more than just a job. With more than 300 aircraft servicing 154 airports over 981 routes, one thing we’re not short on is opportunity. And this role opens the door to a career full of variety, support and possibilities to quickly progress into positions such as Cabin Manager or other cabin services roles.
Requirements of the Role

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THE ROLE

You don’t need flying experience to be Cabin Crew and we’ll give you all the training you’ll need to get going. What we look for in our crew is an eagerness to learn along with great people and customer service skills – 3 months previous experience in a customer or people facing role is preferred.
Fluency in written and verbal English is a must and you’ll need to have the right to work and live in the UK, a passport, and unrestricted access to travel across the UK, EEA and easyJet Network (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship for international applicants does not apply). Tattoos are allowed, but there should be no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck. Any tattoos that are considered offensive or inappropriate must be discreetly covered.
You must be able to sell, handle and dispose of alcohol and alcoholic products. These are sold on all flights and as well as being an important revenue stream, it also forms part of your crew commission payments.
Additionally, you’ll need to live within a 90 minute commuting distance from your chosen base.
Also, due to the legal and safety requirements of working in an aircraft you’ll be:
Aged 18 or over
5’2” (157.5 cm) to 6’3” (190cm) in height without shoes
Able to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical
Able to swim 25 metres unaided without stopping or touching the bottom or side of the pool, tread water and inflate a life jacket. Additionally, you will need to climb into a survival raft from the water
