Übersicht:
The CAD Designer is responsible to create detailed technical drawings in the engineering team.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Collaboration in the measurement and construction area
• Preparation and development of approval drawings and concepts
• Creation of CAD models, workshop drawings, parts lists, etc.
• Independent assumption of design and modification tasks
• Preparation of design details and parts lists
• Selection of component parts and materials to be used in the above drawing types and creating parts lists for procurement.
• Creating and managing assembly drawing tree structures and estimates for completion of work.
• Interaction with project, mechanical and structural engineers in creation of designs.
• Interaction with manufacturing vendors regarding design issues.
• Piping and instrument diagrams. Details of machined parts.
• Selection of component parts and materials to be used in the above drawing types and creating parts lists for procurement.
• Interaction with project and sales engineers in the sold vaporizer systems.
• Interaction with purchasing and manufacturing the vaporizer systems.
• Interaction with the customers on drawing submittals and requested information.
• Work with Quality Department on project requirements based on customer specifications.
• Working with the manufacturing and quality to monitor issues that come up during the manufacturing of equipment.
• Coordinates projects from inception through completion with customers.
• Assemblies and writes operations manuals for equipment.
• Answers customer field question on existing equipment or new installations.
• Maintaining project schedules for jobs.

Qualifikationen:

• 2 to 4 years’ relevant work experience.
• Use of the following engineering and design software:
• Inventor 2010 or later and/or SolidWorks
• AutoCAD 2010 or later
• Microsoft Office
• PLM Software (Product Centre preferred)
• ERP Software
• Minimum completion of high school or equivalent
• Excellent communication in English and German (written and verbal).
