CAD DRAFTSMAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for landscape projects, including site plans, grading plans, planting plans, hardscape designs, and irrigation layouts.
• Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to interpret project concepts and translate them into accurate and clear technical drawings.
• Work on a variety of landscape projects, including urban parks, residential developments, public spaces, and commercial properties across the Middle East.
• Ensure all drawings are completed on schedule and meet project requirements and standards.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project teams and clients.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and presentation materials for project proposals and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, design guidelines, and best practices for landscape architecture.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., civil engineering, architecture) to ensure designs are integrated and achievable.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman, with a focus on landscape projects in the Middle East.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software; knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction documentation, and site planning.
• Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and environmental conditions in the Middle East.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
