CAD Technician/CNC Programmer

Anlin Welding & Steel Fabrication of Regina, SK. consists of two divisions, a structural steel & misc metals fabrication division and a specialty fabrication & processing division. The specialty fabrication division is looking for a detailer who has capabilities in CNC programming.
Anlin Welding Specialties Division prides itself on architectural projects in a multi discipline areas utilizing aluminum, stainless steel and mild steel to help architects bring their visions to life in the educational, commercial and food industries. Candidates will also be working with industrial and processing customers to create shop drawings an awarded projects.
Job description:
 Review customer drawings and specifications to create working shop drawings with SolidWorks 2024.
 Create accurate flat patterns based on forming requirements.
 Create BOM’s and cut lists.
 Program and create nests for the CNC fiber laser and waterjet using Lantek and Geomate NC.
 Aide estimating department as needed.
 Collaborate with customers in person and through email.
Skills and Qualifications:
 Minimum 2 years working experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
 Graduate of related post-secondary education.
 Proficient with MS Office applications. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 Experience with Tekla Structures is an asset.
 Excellent attention to detail.
