Cafe Assistant

Our Refresh Café has the community at its heart, and we are looking for someone who cares about great food and exceptional service to join our team.
With your positive and flexible approach, you will thrive in a busy customer-focused environment. You’ll be trained in making the perfect barista quality coffees and with your eye for detail will primarily take orders, deliver well-presented food and beverages to customers and help with general kitchen duties.
Refresh is about so much more than tea and cake and it’s the personal touches that count. Being a friendly individual with great interpersonal skills you will provide warm and welcoming experiences for all.
With your can-do attitude you will also be confident in the handling of cash and card payments and work to high levels of cleanliness and food safety standards.
