Description:

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Head Chef experience min of 5 years + and Cookery diploma of level 5 or above
  • Sous Chef experience of min 3 years+ or Cookery level 4 minimum or above
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a hot kitchen
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skill
  • Able to adapt and respond to change
  • Attention to detail, and quality control of all food and dishes at all stages of preparation, presentation and service

    Full time positions are minimum 30 hours to a maximum of 40 hours rostered weekly shifts.
    Part time considered but we are seeking full time chefs.

Responsibilities:

  • The Head Chef/Baker is responsible for the menu, costing and food control plan.
  • The group head chef will be assisting with selecting and training new staff and leading the kitchen teams across the group
  • and also ability to do all responsiblities of a sous chef
