CAFE MANAGER

Salary : $3,000 - $3,500
Working hour : 8am to 4pm (Off Monday)
Location : Redhill

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and product quality.
• Lead, train, and supervise café staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure availability of products.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry will be added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
