Description:
Dominion Cafe Limited is an Auckland base bubble tea café, due to business operation, they are now looking for 1 cafe manager to join their store service team.
The positions is a full time permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week
The main job Responsibilities include but not limit to:
- Running day to day operation of the café
- Planning menus in consultation with others staffs
- Planning and organising special functions
- Arranging of purchasing and pricing of goods according to budgets
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Collecting customers’ feedback and assessing their satisfaction
- May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking ordersTo be successfully, you will need to:
- Diploma or above
- Applicant with three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above
- Team Management Skill
- Attention to detail
