Description:
Our specialty coffee & croissant house is searching for a full time cafe store manager to join our growing team.
- Experienced in a specialty coffee shop for at least the last 1 years
- Experienced in a management position for at least 2 years
- Have work with specialty and premium beans for espresso, filters and brews.
- Know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group
- Be familiar with Mahlkonig E65S and EK grinders
- Have worked with a Wally Milk Steamer
- Confident in latte art, dialling in and troubleshooting
- Know how to ghost ride milk steam wand properly
- Be able to work well in a team, lead and train staff
We will be keen to sponsor for candidates that have at least 3 years of managerial experience and have done skill assessment for Retail Manager Anzsco 142111.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
