Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service Oversee the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staffing Ensure high-quality food and service standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Implement and maintain health and safety regulations Manage budgets, track expenses, and improve profitability Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic Requirements: Proven experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS, scheduling, inventory) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences Female applicants preferred for this role.
