JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or promotional purposes.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Record customer interactions and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience with each customer interaction.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, response quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and the ability to handle challenging situations.
