Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team at MATH Financial Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to existing and potential clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality service is provided in every interaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and an ability to build rapport with clients in the mortgage industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 1 years in the UAE in the smaller roles or Experience from home country.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge to handle applications and records.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
