COLLECTION AGENT

We partner with a variety of key credit grantors in various industry segments including
Major Banks, Financial Institutions, Government, Telecommunications, Utilities, Post-Secondary
Educational Institutions, Commercial, Health and Insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Customer service, Call Center or Sales experience considered an asset
· Knowledge of CUBS, DRS, Highway software preferred
· Strong Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
· Strong Organizational Skills
· Strong Leadership skills
· Bilingualism considered an asset
Job Type: Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 6G

· Establish contact with consumers (by telephone) and assist with the resolution of
delinquent accounts (outbound and inbound calls)
· Utilize our skip tracing tools and databases to locate consumers
· Clearly document call results and content of calls
· Manage workloads/lists of consumers who have failed to make payments
· Abide by all Collection Agency Acts and Regulations as legislated in each Province
· Uphold the client (Creditor) work plans and the ARO code of ethics by treating
consumers with honesty, dignity, and respect at all times
