Responsibilities:
ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
As our Call Center Manager, you’ll enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 am to 5 pm. With no nights or weekends, you’ll have a consistent work-life balance while driving the success of our team.
As a Call Center Manager, you’ll start your day by leading a team meeting, setting the tone for a productive day. You will spend much of your time overseeing daily operations, tracking call metrics, and ensuring that the call center runs efficiently. You’ll mentor and coach your team, helping them improve their skills and meet performance goals. Your analytical mindset will come in handy as you review data and performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance team productivity. You’ll collaborate with HR on staffing needs, manage scheduling to ensure peak coverage, and work closely with upper management to align call center operations with company goals.
