Ice Speak Social is searching for a Call Center Representative to join our Philadelphia team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, provide support, and resolve inquiries efficiently. This position is critical to maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
