We are hiring an energetic team of Contact Center Representatives to help grow and increase the Nutri-Lawn customer experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service or sales - 2 years (Preferred)
• English proficient
• Quick learner, confident with client interactions
• Communicate accurately and effectively with customers
• Confident working with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system
• Effective time management skills

  Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
  Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mississauga, ON L4X 2G1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
