We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Branch team as a Rural Contact Centre Rep. The individual we are seeking must be able to commute between Lang and Yellow Grass.
As a Rural Contact Centre Rep, you are integral to the success of WCU’s branches. Under the general supervision of the Member Service Supervisor, the Rural Contact Centre Rep will deliver exceptional member service and provide solutions to meet out members’ financial goals and needs. You will be responsible for receiving member phone calls and emails. You will attend to requests and solve problems in a courteous and professional manner. Your work will focus primarily on completing requests related to retail or personal accounts, basic investment products, cards, and online banking.
