Description:

Fulltimeforce keeps growing and we are now looking for a Call Center Sales Agent throughout Latam. Apply to be part of our projects with U.S. clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience working in a call center, specifically in sales (+1 years)
  • Advanced English proficiency (capable of making calls to U.S.-based clients)
  • Previous experience in cold calling
  • Soft skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, good problem-solving skills, adaptability and quick learning to adjust to client needs and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to potential clients in the U.S. to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with prospects to build rapport and further the sales process.
  • Present products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Actively seek and identify new business opportunities with clients, ensuring a proactive approach to sales.
