Call Center Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Sales Associate to join our team. As a Call Center Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping our clients reach their financial goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:-
-Work with our elite mortgage loan consultants and pre-qualify homeowners for mortgage Loans.
-Perform a heavy volume of inbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties.
-Hit daily quotas for both personal and team
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application
-Assist customers in the loan application process, providing information and guidance on loan options
-Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness

EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with sales is advantageous

  Expected hours: around 40 hours per week
  Weekly day range:
  Monday through Friday am 8:00am am to 5:00 pm
