Call Center Specialist

We’re seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialists to join our team! As a Call Center Specialist, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Answer and respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and billing
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Identify and escalate urgent or critical issues to senior team members or supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction
• Participate in quality monitoring and coaching sessions to improve performance
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. sales, marketing) to resolve complex issues
