CALL CENTRE AGENT

Location: Near Milton Keynes, Junction 13 of the M1 (Ridgemont)
Salary: £31,750 + 10% annual bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. Whether it’s managing returns, handling complaints, or liaising with suppliers, you’ll deliver a service that puts the customer at the heart of everything you do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle 40–60 customer contacts daily via phone and email.
  • Manage enquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each customer feels supported and valued.
  • Arrange returns, resolve complaints, and liaise with suppliers to provide effective solutions.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain outstanding service standards.
