Description:

We are looking for 2 new associates to join our call centre team. The ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/ French) with previous customer service experience and have a passion for the Kumon mission. This is the ideal position for someone who enjoys working from home.

JOB SUMMARY:

Call Centre Agents supports Kumon North America’s Customer Service function, and its mission is to handle all responsibilities surrounding lead management. The intent is to streamline operations to align with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Agents bridge the gap between the customer and the Kumon brand. The role and responsibility of this person is to ensure that each interaction throughout the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective.

  • Fully remote (work-from-home), we will only consider applicants within Canada
  • This is an hourly position and is not eligible for Kumon’s group benefits
  • Requires work up to 40 hours except for statutory holidays (i.e., Jan 1st, Dec 25th). Shifts can be scheduled between 8:00am to 8:00pm EST.

Hourly range: $23.81 - $25.66 an hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum High school diploma is required.
  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Bilingual in French/English

INTERMEDIATE SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Computer/technical skills
  • Salesforce - experience an asset

Responsibilities:

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls to 1-800-ABC-MATH and Kumon centre’s that are part of the Kumon Lead Management System.
  • Manage incoming calls of potential new customers who are seeking information about the Kumon Program and are interested in scheduling an assessment at a Kumon centre.
  • Manages other forms of inquiries by enrolled and non-enrolled families regarding Kumon initiatives.
  • Work closely and collaborate with other departments when using our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
