Description:

CALL CENTRE AGENT, SALTCOATS KA25JT, A SHORT WALK FROM SALTCOATS STATION.

Wescot Credit Services are on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join our Lloyds Banking Team, starting 24th February 2025.

  • Salary: starting from £24,091 (on a 40 hrs contract).
  • Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus where you could earn around an extra £2000 per year.
  • Shifts: We are open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 8am - 5pm, you will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours and work 2 in 4 Saturdays, but don’t worry we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shift.
  • Training: 6 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer supporting you.

As a Call Centre Agent at Wescot you will:

  • Use your listening skills to determine the needs of each customer you speak with.
  • Use your empathy and resilience skills to talk about difficult subjects and be able to deliver difficult news with care.
  • Tailor affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone.
  • Work to call KPIs and internal quality standards.
