For our store to run like clockwork and keep our patients at the heart of everything we do, we need sound support behind the scenes – and that’s where you come in.
So, what does it take to be a successful Call Centre Assistant? You’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.
We’re looking for someone to join our friendly and experienced team, who is able to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, maintaining accuracy & attention to detail. An organised, pro-active approach is key – a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
We’ll also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematic, and confidence with Microsoft Office.
