• Ability to manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Experience within a similar role essential
• Previous experience and knowledge of medical terminology an advantage
• Clear, concise, and confident verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
