- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Matric and or relevant qualification

Responsibilities:
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction in a high-volume, fast-paced call centre environment.
What you will do:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution within company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services and be able to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify client needs, clarify information, research every issue, and offer solutions or alternatives.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales or upgrades based on client needs, when appropriate.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
