Dr. Safeena’s Wellness World is an integrated medical center offering exceptional care in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Aesthetics & Dermatology, Fitness & Wellness, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Neuro-Ortho Rehabilitation, and Ayurveda. We are expanding our team and looking for a Call Centre Executive (Arabic Speaking) to enhance our customer service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.Schedule and manage patient appointments.Provide accurate information about our medical and wellness services.Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.Follow up with potential clients to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written) and English (mandatory).Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare front desk role preferred.Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare services is a plus.
