We are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to join our team based at our Glasgow office. During the training and imbedding period, you will be working full time at our Glasgow site for the first six months. You will then have the option to enjoy hybrid working patterns of three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:
You will work with insurance brokers or direct customers across the UK by underwriting policies, education, and e-adoption strategies. You will contribute to developing a team culture of pace and performance that is centred on enhancing the customer experience and generating financial results. Highlighting any offshore quality issues, resolving, or escalating issues to ensure consistent standards and handoffs are delivered. We provide the necessary training, so you have all the tools at your disposal.
