OVERVIEW

Our well established client seeks enthusiastic individuals with call centre and reconciliation experience to join their friendly team in Woking.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Call Centre experience.
  • Previous Reconciliation experience.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic computerised systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries regarding refunds and credit notes.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Making outbound calls to chase outstanding debts.
  • Accept inbound calls from customers wanting to discuss their accounts.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
