OVERVIEW
Our well established client seeks enthusiastic individuals with call centre and reconciliation experience to join their friendly team in Woking.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous Call Centre experience.
- Previous Reconciliation experience.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic computerised systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their enquiries regarding refunds and credit notes.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Making outbound calls to chase outstanding debts.
- Accept inbound calls from customers wanting to discuss their accounts.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
