Description
Working in the ticket ‘window’, ticket attendants sell entrance tickets to our guests. They must be familiar with all our ticket options and be able to operate our point of sale system using debit/credit and cash drawer. This job requires BILINGUAL French & English.

Tasks

• Greet guest with a welcoming attitude
• Help guests purchase the correct tickets for their family
• Upsell to season passes where possible
• Educate guests on the best purchase for them
• Use point of sale to complete the purchase using debit/credit/cash.
• Provide the guest with their receipts and directions to park entrance.

Experience
Past experience in retail or cashier
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Ability to focus on tasks at hand
Profound understanding of excellence in customer service
Seeking candidates 15 years of age or older
