To support our team at ZfX Innovation Srl, at the development site in Gargazzone (Bahnhofstraße 22, 39010 Gargazzone - Italy), we are looking for a new full-time resource.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduates of the technical school for metal or school specializing in mechanical engineering / mechatronics or comparable
  • Knowledge of CAM programming (ideally hyperMILL/hyperDENT) and the selection of suitable CAM strategies for machining operations
  • Experience as CAM technician with 5-axis simultaneous milling machines
  • 3+years of experience in precision mechanics on prototype and small series production parts
  • Complete autonomy in workpiece set-up and on-board programming
  • English, both oral and written is a plus
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical technologies
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling software
  • Knowledge of CAD modeling software (ideally Inventor/Solidworks)
  • Ability to adapt to technological evolution and willingness to continually update
  • Sense of responsibility and respect for delivery deadlines
  • Ability to integrate, interact and work as a Team

Responsibilities:

  • Development and optimization of milling strategies and processes in cooperation with the CAM manufacturer
  • Optimization in machining, tool selection and CAM programming
  • Development of fixtures
